Storyline
Maj. Benson Payne (Damon Wayans) lives, breathes, and sleeps war. But after being uprightly discharged from the Marines outstanding to a lack of wars, Payne, the natural-born killer, has absolutely no idea how defer to cope with everyday civilian authentic.
